Teny Pirri-Simonian, M.Sc.,
is a former head of the Development Department, Middle East Council of Churches. She initiated literacy and adult education programmes in the region, coordinated a five-continent programme on education in religiously pluralist societies at the World Council of Churches (WCC), and wrote curricula for women ecumenical leaders. Ms Pirri-Simonian is a co-founder of EPIL and is currently writing a doctoral dissertation on the World Council of Churches.

Dr. Reinhild Traitler-Espiritu
is a former Director of Programmes of the Protestant Academy Boldern and initiator of a number of international women’s projects.
Dr Traitler-Espiritu is a known expert in interreligious education and currently serves on the team of the Swiss Interreligious Think-Tank of Women. She was President of the Board of the Interreligious Association of Switzerland (IRAS) and is a co-founder
of EPIL. |
